information when users access the CitaSmart platform through the website or
mobile application.

DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT

PARTIES
This Data Processing Agreement is entered between the Customer and South
Caribbean Financial Services Corp., doing business as CitaSmart.
ROLES:
• Customer acts as the Data Controller.
• South Caribbean Financial Services Corp. d/b/a CitaSmart acts as the
Data Processor.
SCOPE OF PROCESSING
CitaSmart provides appointment scheduling and customer management services
which may involve processing personal data.
CATEGORIES OF DATA
• Name
• Phone number
• Date of Birth
• Appointment information
• Service details
HIPAA COMPLIANCE
If the Customer is a Covered Entity under HIPAA, CitaSmart may act as a
Business Associate for appointment scheduling services.
DATA SECURITY
Security measures include:
• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• Role-based access control
• Infrastructure monitoring
• Secure cloud hosting
DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION
CitaSmart will notify customers without unreasonable delay after discovering a
data breach involving personal data.
DATA RETENTION

otherwise required by law.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Personnel handling customer data are subject to confidentiality obligations.
GOVERNING LAW
